He was so friendly, helpful, and brought all the good vibes to our happy day. He was on time, set up the bar in a really nice way, and was so sweet to all our guests. The most accommodating bartenders, they helped us make our drinks exactly the way we wanted them, adjusting sweetness and spice. Juan and his crew were superb! They even helped gives us recommendations with the exact location of where to find the liquor with a rough estimate of their prices, which allowed them to make the drinks exactly the way they needed to. When we were unable to bring water ourselves, Juan went out of his way to get us everything we needed. They were a hit! From the beginning of the planning process to the very end of the night, they went above and beyond in every way. Juan was incredibly organized and professional, working with us closely beforehand to design a bar menu that fit our tastes and event style. Not only did he offer thoughtful advice while we chose our drinks, but he also provided a clear and detailed shopping list, which made our preparation so much easier. Our signature cocktail was a margarita, offered in three versions at Juan’s recommendation: classic, spicy (with jalapeños), and extra spicy (with serrano peppers). We also had a full list of spirits, wines, beers, seltzers that the team served, as well as old fashioneds, Aperol spritzes, negronis, gimlets, and martinis (classic and espresso). Juan and Daiane worked efficiently and skillfully, managing to keep the line moving smoothly without ever compromising on quality. What really set Juan apart, though, was his personal touch. Multiple times during the reception he came over to check on my wife and me, not just to offer us a drink, but to genuinely make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if there was anything he could do to improve our night. Guests were coming up to us all evening to rave about Juan and Daiane. Juan even remembered the names of many of our guests and would greet them with enthusiastic familiarity when they returned to the bar, creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The bar setup itself looked fantastic, and Juan worked with us to help determine the best location in the backyard from both an aesthetic and convenience perspective. Juan also came prepared with lighting after we mentioned the area might be a bit dim, which made everything look even better. We couldn’t have been happier with My Bartender SD. He took his time and sent me a list of options or ideas that are budget friendly and tasty.
